We just went through a major downsizing and Kelly came in and helped us sort through a basement piled high with boxes. It had become truly overwhelming and Kelly was the light shining in the darkness for us. In one day, we completely emptied our basement, sorted, organized, and re-packed everything! I originally hired Kelly to help me dispose of my late wife’s things and organize my four-bedroom Colonial. I found Kelly to be honest, punctual and knowledgeable in finding places to sell, donate or dispose of the surplus articles. She also provided detailed reports on the disposition, including a comprehensive listing of donated items for possible tax deductions. All remaining things were organized for efficient access.

The following year, I decided to downsize to an apartment. In preparation, Kelly managed the disposal of all surplus furniture and household items, engaging an auction house to facilitate the timely removable of more than 100 large and small items. Because I am old and lazy, she took charge of the entire move, advising me on moving firms to hire, helped negotiate the contract and coordinated the move to my new home, even providing the movers with detailed drawings of where the furniture was to be located and labeling all my cabinets and drawers with sticky notes so I could easily find whatever I needed in the days after the move. Kelly also worked with my Realtors in finding the appropriate contractors to prepare my house for sale.

Kelly is truly a resourceful organizing professional, and I strongly recommend her for any related assignment.
